Who we are
This website is operated by Medusa Apparels, a ready-made garment manufacturer and sourcing house registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our registered office is House 03, Road 08, Sector 05, Uttara, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh. For any question about this policy or about your data, contact [email protected].
What we collect
Information you send us. If you use the inquiry form on our contact page, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, product interest, estimated quantity and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and, where an order follows, to administer it.
Technical information. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, including your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
Analytics and advertising. With your consent, we use analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site, and advertising technology to measure the performance of our campaigns. These services set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser and may build a profile of your activity across sites. They are switched off entirely until you accept them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time below.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use inquiry details to respond to you and prepare a quotation. Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, our lawful basis is your request to take steps prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which is the lawful basis for those, and which you may withdraw at any time.

We apply Google Consent Mode, so Google's tags start in a denied state and are only enabled if you accept the relevant category. Our contact page map is not loaded at all until marketing cookies are accepted - decline, and you get a plain link to Google Maps instead, with nothing sent to Google.

Who else is involved
We use Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) to host and deliver this website. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google LLC and our advertising partners process data about your visit as described above; if you accept marketing cookies and load the embedded map, Google also receives your IP address. Any correspondence you send us by email is handled by our email provider in the ordinary course of business. We do not sell your personal data.
The specific analytics and advertising providers in use are listed on request and will be named here once configured.
International transfers
We are based in Bangladesh. If you contact us from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and handled in Bangladesh, which is not the subject of an adequacy decision. We handle it under the terms of this policy and restrict access to the staff who need it to answer you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and, where an order follows, for as long as our commercial and accounting obligations require. Correspondence that leads to no order is deleted once it is no longer of business use.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email[email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information - for example by adding a new analytics or advertising provider - we will update this page, change the date at the top, and ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
